Please go to the property that you are interested in and follow these steps depending upon what type of listing it is:

For a REALTOR® property, under “Property Details”, under “Contact the Listing Agent” use the Agent Phone or Email to contact that REALTOR® about that specifc property.
For a “BY OWNER” property, under “Property Details”, click the Contact Owner button found on that page. Click the Email to email the owner or use the Phone number to call them directly.

Here is how to re-activate your property in a few simple steps 😀.

Make sure you are logged into the site. (If you need to know how, see “How Do I Log In?” below)
Click here to locate your owner property listings.
Click the Edit button near the property you wish to re-activate.
Review and make any changes as needed.
Click the Save button to re-activate.

Adding your own property listing to the site is easy. Here is some of the information you'll want to have ready to make it a snap 😀.

At least one photo of your property. You can add up to 16.
A description of your property. Tell people what is great about it.
Your contact information and the property details.
When you are ready, click here to open the List Your Property page and get started.
Once you have entered your Property information an photo(s), check the I am human box, follow the instructions, then click the Submit button.
Then make sure to watch your email for your listing activation information.

When you submit your property (on this page) you will receive an email with the Subject of “Manage Your Owner Listings at: PYCbase.com”. It contains your Login Email Address and Password and a link to directly maage your listings. Check your Junk/Spam folder or Promotions Tab (for Gmail.com users) 😀.

If you cannot find that email, use the instructions on this page titled “How Do I Log In?” or “I Forgot My Password, How Do I Log In?” below.

Once your are logged in, scroll to the top of this site and look for the link titled “Edit My Listings” or you can also click your name at the top to go to your Dashboard where your listings will appear. Finally, if you are already logged in, you can Click here to go directly to your owner property listings.

When you are logged in and on your Dashboard page, you can click the photo or the address to see the public view of your property. If your property is a For Sale listing, Click here to go to the Owner For Sale page to see how your property appears in the search results. Otherwise, if your property is a rental Click here to go to the Owner Rentals page to see how your property appears in the search results.

Here is how to manage open house dates and times for each of your properties in a few simple steps 😀.

Click here to locate your owner property listings.
Click the Edit button near the property you wish to manage.
Scroll down to “Open House Dates” then review and make any changes as needed.
Click the Save button.

Click here to locate your owner property listings.
Click the Edit button near the property you wish to manage.
Scroll down to “Listing Information: Enabled” to De-activate. Or, scroll down to “Photos” to add, delete or change photos. Review any data you see on the listing.
As always, when you are done, click the Save button.

Once you are there type in your Account Information, check the I am human box, follow the instructions, then click the Sign Up button. You will receive an email to verify we have your correct address. You will need to click the link in that email to activate your account.

Enter your Email Address, click the Send Password Reset Link button. You will receive an email with a link. Click the link and follow the instructions to change your password.

First, Check your Junk/Spam folder or Promotions Tab (for Gmail.com users) 😀. If your email address is @yahoo.com or @aol.com your email can be delayed 4 to 8 hours. Since their services are free, they deprioritize email delivery to save costs and prioritize advertising to make money.

Now, choose a method below based upon the device you are on:

If you are on a Windows PC on your keyboard: hold CTRL and Press F, then type the MLS number to search the page. Use the arrows to navigate the results.
If you are on a Mac on your keyboard: hold ⌘ command and Press F, then type the MLS number to search the page. Use the arrows to navigate the results.
If you are on an Android phone: touch or which are usually on the top or bottom right depending upon the browser software. Then touch Find in Page, next type the MLS number on the popup keyboard. Use the arrows to navigate the results.
If you are on an iPhone: touch the search bar where you see 🔒 pycbase.com, then type the MLS number on the popup keyboard. Look for results in the area “On This Page”. Touch on Find “your MLS#”. Use the arrows to navigate the results.
